What are shaker cabinets?

Shaker cabinets have a flat, recessed center panel framed by four straight pieces. The simple design fits modern, transitional and coastal kitchens and is easy to update with new hardware or paint later.

Is quartz a good countertop for a Florida kitchen?

Yes. Quartz is non-porous, doesn’t need sealing and resists stains, so it handles daily cooking and humidity well. Avoid placing very hot pans directly on it; use a trivet.

Quartz or granite: which should I choose?

Both are durable. Quartz gives you more consistent color and needs no sealing; granite is natural stone with one-of-a-kind patterns and needs periodic sealing. We’ll show you options for either look.

Can I put new quartz on my existing cabinets?

Often, yes, if the cabinets are solid, level and in a layout you want to keep. We check them during the estimate before recommending it.

How long does a cabinet and quartz installation take?

Cabinets go in first. Quartz is measured once the cabinets are set, then fabricated and installed, so there is a short gap between the two. You’ll get a written timeline with your proposal.

Do you install the backsplash too?

Yes. The backsplash is installed after the quartz, so it sits cleanly on top of the counter.

Can you install cabinets and quartz in a condo?

Yes. We plan deliveries, elevator use and work hours around your association’s rules.
