Who offers kitchen renovation, painting, concrete coatings and water & mold remediation in Boca Raton?
Home Xperts 360 is a Boca Raton home improvement company that handles all four under one team: kitchen renovation (shaker cabinets with marble or quartz countertops), interior and exterior painting, epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coatings and water damage and mold remediation. We serve homes and businesses across Palm Beach and Broward counties.
How much does a kitchen renovation with shaker cabinets and quartz countertops cost in Boca Raton?
It depends on the size of the kitchen, the cabinet line and finish, the quartz or marble you choose, island size and whether the layout changes. Keeping plumbing and appliances where they are is the biggest way to control cost. We measure your kitchen and give you a written, itemized estimate for free.
Is quartz or marble better for a South Florida kitchen?
Quartz is engineered stone: it doesn’t need sealing, resists stains and handles daily cooking, which makes it the low-maintenance choice for most Florida kitchens. Natural marble is one of a kind and very elegant, but it can etch and stain, so it needs sealing and more care. We install both, and help you pick the right one for how you cook.
Epoxy or polyaspartic: which garage floor coating is better in Florida?
Both are durable. Epoxy builds a thick, strong base coat; polyaspartic cures faster and is UV-stable, so it won’t yellow in the sun. For garages, driveways, patios and pool decks we usually recommend a full-flake system with a polyaspartic topcoat, and metallic epoxy for statement garages and interiors.
How long does a garage floor coating take?
Many garage floors are completed in one day, including diamond grinding, crack repair, base coat, flake and topcoat. You can usually walk on it the next day and park after a few days; we’ll give you the exact cure times for the system you choose.
How often should I repaint the exterior of my house in Florida?
Sun, humidity and summer storms wear exterior paint faster here than in most of the country. Many South Florida homes need repainting every 5 to 10 years, depending on sun exposure, stucco condition and the paint used. Fading, chalky walls, peeling or hairline stucco cracks are signs it’s time.
Do you pressure wash and repair drywall before painting?
Yes. Exteriors are pressure washed, cracks are patched and surfaces are primed before two finish coats. Inside, we repair drywall dents, holes and water stains so the repair disappears under the new paint.
What should I do if I find a water leak or mold in my home?
Stop the water if it’s safe, photograph the damage and don’t scrub or fan visible mold, since that spreads spores. Then request an assessment: we find the moisture source, dry the structure, remove affected materials and rebuild walls, floors and paint with the same team.
Do you offer mold testing?
Yes. We coordinate air and surface sampling with an independent licensed mold assessor, so testing is separate from the company doing the removal. Testing helps when mold is suspected but not visible, and after remediation to confirm the area is clear.
What areas do you serve and are estimates free?
We’re based in Boca Raton and work throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Parkland, Coconut Creek and Coral Springs. Every estimate is free, written and with no obligation.
