Flake floors & metallic floors

Two looks, both built on the same diamond-ground prep and protected with a clear topcoat.

Flake Floors

Colored vinyl flakes broadcast to full coverage over an epoxy or polyaspartic base, then sealed with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. The texture adds grip, hides dust and wear, and comes in dozens of color blends.

  • Garages & patios
  • Driveways & pool decks
  • Textured, slip-resistant
  • Hides imperfections

What we do

A concrete coating company built around prep

Bare concrete in South Florida takes a beating: hot tires, oil and chemical spills, pool chemicals, humidity that makes garage slabs sweat, and year-round UV. A professionally installed floor coating seals the slab, resists stains and turns a dusty, cracked surface into a clean, textured finish that is easy to maintain.

Most coating failures come from skipped preparation, not from the coating itself. That is why every Home Xperts 360 floor starts with diamond grinding, crack and spall repair and full dust removal before a single coat goes down. From there we recommend an epoxy, polyaspartic or full-flake system based on your surface, how much sun it gets and how you use the space.

Epoxy garage floor coatings in Boca Raton

Driveways

Driveway coatings for sun-exposed concrete

Driveways need a coating that can take full Florida sun without yellowing. We use UV-stable polyaspartic systems with a textured flake finish that refreshes stained, faded concrete and keeps it easy to hose off.

  • Covers stains and wear
  • Textured for traction
  • Matches garage floor if desired

Epoxy full flake vs. polyaspartic full flake

Both systems start with diamond grinding and end with a clear polyaspartic topcoat. The difference is what goes underneath, and that changes where each floor can go and how long it’s covered.

FAQ

Concrete coating questions

Still have a question? Call or text (561) 299-7306.

What’s the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings?

Epoxy builds a thick, strong base that bonds deeply to ground concrete. Polyaspartic cures faster and is UV-stable, so it won’t yellow in the sun. Many of our floors use both: an epoxy or polyaspartic base with a polyaspartic clear topcoat.

How long does a garage floor coating take?

Most residential garages are completed in one day. Larger spaces, heavy repairs or metallic systems can take longer; you’ll get the timeline in your estimate.

Can you coat a driveway or pool deck in full sun?

Yes. For sun-exposed surfaces we use UV-stable polyaspartic systems with a textured finish for traction.

Will a coated pool deck or garage be slippery?

Full-flake systems add texture, and we can add anti-slip additive to the topcoat for pool decks, ramps and entries.

Do you grind the concrete before coating?

Yes. Every floor is diamond ground first to open the concrete and remove old sealers. Skipping this step is the most common reason coatings peel.

Do you repair cracks before coating?

Yes. Cracks, pits and spalls are filled and leveled after grinding and before the base coat.

How do I clean a coated floor?

Sweep regularly and mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh abrasives. We leave you care instructions after the final inspection.

What areas do you serve?

Boca Raton and communities across Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Parkland, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs and Boynton Beach.
